MY ART JOURNEY…

Hi and Welcome to my Art !

An abstract artist from California I am currently based in Mumbai, India. My art journey began post 2012 after the untimely death of my teenage son Ameen, just 19. Looking back a decade now I know that painting enveloped me in colors and focus when I had none in grief.  I continue to paint in an abstract expressionistic style using acrylic paints.

My abstract art is intuitive and as much as I try to school myself with art disciplines, I find my most expressive form is best when it is free flowing.
