SHIPPING + RETURNS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

CURRENTLY ALL ORDERS will ship in two weeks - at the end of May 2022. Thanks for your understanding.

Unless otherwise stated in listing, orders usually ship within 3-5 days. Depending on when you place your order, it can take 2-12 days to arrive if you are in the US. Expedited shipping methods are available. 

 Any orders placed Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday, at the earliest.

Please note that all single card orders will ship in a stamped envelope, so there is no shipping information available. USPS estimates a shipping time of 3-8 days.

All risk in the Products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. Occasionally, the supply of your Products may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (e.g. material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand). Where this is the case, we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do our utmost to take care of our customers during the order process and are confident of providing full customer satisfaction. In accordance with global retail industry standards we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders as these have been personalized on your behalf.

All items marked for ‘SALE’ and Custom Made orders are considered final.

Your satisfaction is super important to us!

If the product arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace it for you free of charge or issue a refund. Please email with a photo of the damaged goods and I will replace them as soon as I can upon inventory availability.

However, the original order shipping cost will be non-refundable.

Original Paintings + Commissioned Art: All purchases are final.

Returns : You must inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your order, in order for us to approve and process your return. The order must be returned in the same condition as supplied, in the original packaging with a copy of the original invoice. We have a 7 day return policy for online sales. Unless we approve that an incorrect order was shipped, Customer will be responsible for Shipping & handling.  All returns have to be approved by NajmaMerchant.com and any refund will be processed only on receipt of the returned products.
