What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a Buy-Back agreement.
If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For Online Orders: We do our utmost to take care of our customers during the order process and are confident of providing full customer satisfaction. In accordance with global retail industry standards we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders as these have been personalized on your behalf.
All items marked for ‘SALE’ and Custom Made orders are considered final.
Returns : You must inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your order, in order for us to approve and process your return. The order must be returned in the same condition as supplied, in the original packaging with a copy of the original invoice. We have a 7 day return policy for online sales. Unless we approve that an incorrect order was shipped, Customer will be responsible for Shipping & handling. All returns have to be approved by NajmaMerchant.com and any refund will be processed only on receipt of the returned products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Do you give a refund on prints if I change my mind?
All prints are custom made to the size you request. I don’t hold stock – each print is made for you. Please check the size is as you wish before you place the order. So I am unable to accept any returns.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What about Overseas Returns?
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the USA
